Investment Highlights

1. Proven Commercial Traction

UrbanChain is already deployed across 100+ sites in 7 markets, processing over 150,000 daily visitors / vehicles.

2. Large Infrastructure Pain Point

Parking, access, EV charging and mobility operations remain fragmented, manual and under-monetised across real estate portfolios.

3. Software-Defined Deployment Model

UrbanChain retrofits existing sites using AI cameras, payments and cloud software, reducing deployment cost and rollout time versus legacy systems.

4. Multiple Revenue Streams

The platform combines project revenue, recurring software fees, maintenance, transaction fees and future data / mobility hub monetisation.

5. Strong Expansion Potential

Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and the US provide near-term growth, supported by enterprise customers, distributors and strategic partners.

6. Strategic Deep-Tech Platform

UrbanChain can become a deployment layer for AI, machine vision, EV energy optimisation, robotics, logistics and smart-city technologies.

The Problem & Our Solution

Cars cannot talk to buildings — creating friction, theft, and inefficiency across urban infrastructure

99% Friction Reduction

Enter with no tickets, no in-car tags, no cards. Pay easily with no cashiers or kiosks. Leave without stopping.

83% Theft Reduction

AI-powered vehicle recognition eliminates unauthorised access and validates every entry and exit in real time.

70% OpEx Reduction

Eliminate cashiers, kiosks, and manual operations. Our plug-and-play system deploys in 5 hours versus the industry average of 3–6 days.

Patented Technology

Protected in the US and Japan. Proprietary AI + IoT stack with 120% net dollar retention and 3.8% annual churn.

¹ based on internal management data, selected customer deployments, and management estimates. Results may vary by deployment. "Patented Technology" refers to granted patents in the US and Japan.

Forecast Assumptions

  • Growth driven by Japan, Australia and US expansion
  • Mix of direct enterprise sales and distributor-led deployments
  • Blended annual revenue per site declines as lower-touch sites scale
  • Hardware deployment increasingly standardized through channel partners
  • Forecast excludes upside from data monetization and broader UrbanOS products
